Car Circle Dismissal
Please follow the procedures below to help expedite our car circle and keep your child safe!

1. Please display your child’s name in the front window of your car every day.

2. Always pull all the way forward to the next available flag. We will be calling your child to that numbered flag.

3. If your child is not in the car circle you must continue in car circle traffic flow.

4. Remain in your car at all times.

5. If you have only a kindergarten child you should arrive at the car circle at 1:20.
All others should arrive at the car circle no earlier than 1:35

6. Kindergarten dismissal begins at 1:20
Grades 1 through 5 will begin dismissal at 1:35

7. If you are going to park and walk up to the school with your child you must use the parking spots at the east end of the lot. Do not park in the bus circle or on the concrete at the east end of the bus circle.

Pinellas County Schools has scheduled three information sessions to familiarize parents with the overall application process:

• Nov. 7 at Boca Ciega High School, 924 58th St S, Gulfport
• Nov. 12 at Pinellas Park High School, 6305 118th Ave. N, Largo
• Nov. 14 at Countryside High School, 3000 State Road 580, Clearwater

The district will also hold scheduled two District Application Program Information Fairs, where families can talk with representatives of magnet, fundamental and career-themed programs and learn more about various programs:
• 9 a.m. to noon, Nov. 16 at Pinellas Park High School, 6305 118th Ave. N, Largo
• 6 to 8 p.m., Nov. 19 at Gibbs High School, 850 34th St S

The application period for these programs will be Jan. 8-17, 2014. For information about specific programs, contact individual schools or the office of Advanced Studies at (727) 588-6466.
